We are an independent family business dedicated to artistic floral designing, exceptional quality, and friendly service. Our somewhat hidden shop thrives on word of mouth, thus most of our weddings are booked upon the recommendations from our regular customers who are familiar with our arrangements. We have successfully specialized in wedding designing for over 11 years. Our passion for event and wedding designing is always evident in the beautiful work that we do.

~Making Our Brides & Grooms Happy~

As responsible florists, we take extra measures to ensure that you will be happy with your wedding flowers. Our wedding designers have 12+years experience in wedding designing. Every year our designers accomplish new challenges adding to their vast expertise. We always verify the availability of your selected wedding flowers with our growers each week leading up to your wedding date to ensure no surprises. If you have chosen flowers that are internationally imported or are prone to weather or shipping difficulties, we will order from multiple growers to best guarantee availability. We always order extra stems of the flowers that you have selected so we can use the healthiest blooms. Your wedding order is important to us and deserves the full attention of your wedding designer(s). We always make sure that we set aside the necessary amount of time for our designers to work on your wedding order. We work with your color samples to ensure that your flowers will look perfect with your wedding decor and outfits. We pin names and titles on all corsages, boutonnieres, bouquets, and arrangements to ease the process of distributing your flowers. Most importantly, we always use the flowers that you have selected in your wedding order, no surprises.

~Follow-up Consultations~

If you would like the opportunity to go over your order with your designer again to verify details and/or make changes, please phone us to set an appointment for a follow-up consultation. You are also welcome to phone your personal wedding designer about any questions you may have regarding your consultation.

~Making Changes to Your Order~   

Please keep your personal wedding designer updated with any changes to your order. If there are significant changes, such as changing main flower varieties or colors, please book a follow-up consultation with your designer.  Significant changes should be made minimum 6 weeks before the wedding date. Minor changes to your order, such as adding or subtracting a few corsages or centerpieces, may be done over the phone at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Changes are always subject to availability.

~When to Book~

We will accept wedding bookings up to 18 months in advance. Most wedding orders are booked at least 3 months in advance, particularly during wedding peak season (May-Sept) when we will become fully booked. Please discuss when your wedding should be booked with your wedding designer as our availability is subject to the amount of pre-orders we have for each specific date. We place great attention to every order and will not over book.

~Working With a Budget~

Our designers are experienced with working with couples on tight budgets. We can make several helpful suggestions for simply beautiful inexpensive arrangements & bouquets.

~Payment Options~

A minimum $200.00 +gst deposit is required to book your wedding. You may pay installments of any amounts at your own convenience. The full balance must be paid two weeks prior to the pick-up date.  If you would like to book with us, you may either pay your deposit with a credit card by phone, or you may pay at our store by debit, cash, or credit card. Cheques are not accepted.
